Do you have any particular time to wake up ? is it the alarm that wakes you up?

Its been routine to me that every morning I wake up at 6:30 AM even if I keep the alarm to ring or not.This has been to me from the past several years that at whatever time I sleep I still wake up at approximately 6:30 in the morning.I dont need an alarm.
What about you?At what time do you wake up everyday?Do you keep the alarm?

I wake up at seven on most days, so that I have enough time to get ready and get to work. However, on weekends, the time I get up is entirely dependent on the time I went to bed the night before and what kinds of activities I have planned for the day. If nothing is planned, I like to sleep in, but if I have something to do, I'll usually get up at least two hours prior to it and take my time getting ready in the morning.

i dont use an alarm my husband is my alarm.i always wake up about 10 minutes after he does.it a sense i have.when hes not next to me i know and wake up.he wake around 9 am everyday.

Hi there!
Most of the time its the alarm especially if I get a rough night and I need to be up and early. There are times that I fail to to hear the alarm and Iget to wake up on my own I thank my guardian angel for that LOL I seriously need a butt kicking o get moving and my angel is doing it for me.

ha ha ha , I dont need alarm , Because i'm loving one girl So she always not permit me to sleep . This is one side love , Thats why am wake up early morning to see that gal.

I wake up at 6:00 AM, with or without an alarm. Maybe my body became used to it since I was in Elementary, 'coz my classes start at 7 and even on weekdays (when there are no calsses) I wake up at 7 as well. Even if I have lack of sleep, it doesn't matter. :p

Hi Rupesh,
I have been getting up around 6.15 am everyday. I am setting an alarm for waking up. Actually I wake up by myself in the usual time then also just wait for the alarm bell lol). In weekends sometimes I am getting up little late but it is not usual.

When I am too tired the previous night and I need to be early the following day usually I set up the alarm when going to work but if I am not to tired my body clock tells me to wake up. If you are used getting up at a specific time your system gets used to it and you'll realized that you usually get up that time every morning. Since it is summer in my country I wake up at around 8AM.

Looks like I established a biological clock for me. I usually woke up between 6-7AM no matter what time I went to bed. If I hit the bed as late as 4AM, I still woke up between 6-7AM, feel what's going on around for a few minutes, then resume my sleep. I usually don't have a problem sleeping too. I can lull myself to sleep anytime I want or feel like taking a rest. Well, alarms can also awaken me. I really have to use it if I have to wake up at a particular time for some important matters.

For me, i wake up at least 2 hours before i have to make my way to campus...lol..My timetable covers the whole week except on the weekends so it varies everyday the time for me to wake up. Sometimes it's simply tiring for me to keep up with how some days are evening classes and how some days are morning classes. So yea, you get it right? Usually during weekends, i'll sleep in till late afternoon..=]

I set my alarm the night before depending on whether or not I have class the next day. Last semester I used to get up at 8:00 A.M. regardless, only because I took my Adderall at 7 and fell back to sleep. That used to wake me up at 8:00 when it kicked in. But now, i just wake up an hour before class, take my medicine, and head off. I notice that I get more done and I have more energy when I wake up earlier. I feel there is more time to get things done and just live!
Did you know you sleep 1/3 of your life away? :)
