DSi or Ipod Touch?

I had pretty much decided to buy an Ipod Touch, but I've just seen some video online, and read a little about the DSi, and I'm thinking I might get one of those instead now?
I had a DS Lite for a while, but I sold it a few months back. It was a good fun system, with some good games, so an improved version sounds great to me!
It has 2 cameras, a SD card slot, WIFI, and can play MP3s. As well as Games on carts, it can also play downloadable games. Oh - and the screens are bigger than they were on the DS.
I am definately tempted, but I stil like the Ipod Touch having tried one a friend of mine has.
Which do you think I should get??? (I don't have money for both - I'm not rich! Haha!)

i own both and the itouch just keeps on costing, u dont get a charger for it only the cable which links to your pc. yes the cord does charge but who wants to leave your pc on all night? then u need car charger if u do long trips, then the cord to link it to tv if u want to watch movies on tv, then they scratch easy so u need screen protector and cover.
yes i regret getting itouch i just mad a post for it too. and the itouch is not expandable at all memory wise u buy 8gb one thats it no expansion at all.

i would buy the DSi, i just got my a week ago and i love it. it has camera and functions as you said. Both the dsi and ipod touch are around the same price i think. the new DSi can also plays gba games! i just got the Wario dsi game yesterday, and is fun. having the camera there is a new game experience. as for ipod touch, is it tempting but for me DSi out wins it.
