favorite westerns

I love Westerns, they are my favorite movie genre. I love John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Jimmy Stewart, Gary Cooper and Randolph Scott. Westerns aren't popular today, so they don't make many new ones. Some of the best westerns of all time, and some of my favorites are: high noon, the good the bad and the ugly, true grit, stagecoach and pale rider. Do you like westerns? Do you wish that Hollywood still made more westerns than they do? And, what are some of your favorite westerns of all time?

I'm a western fan but not avid enough to have favorites. If there's a catchy title I'll watch it. I think that more westerns should be made though as they are a great entertainment. Maybe more cheesy now then what they were considered before but there are a lot of movies I would consider cheesy or overdone. I like Westerns.
