successful carrier?

Hello my lotters! In your life do you feel and saw that your carrier is successful?
For me, as of now I'm not considered that my carrier is successful.But I am successful of my study because I am graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. And that is, I am very proud of myself. As of now I'm just searching for a job and make my self to be able to reach my goal and made it successful and professional woman. I hope, in someday I made my self having a good job. You know what Ive always motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever my position I'm in. And because of this, I want to be excel and successful with my carrier both for my own satisfaction and for the people also.
Is anybody here to share your successful carrier? And what is it?

rite!! dear. i am also an engineer from civil background and now i have found a good stable job but the work is not upto my expectations and i am preparing for another exam which is going to be held next month and if i get through here, then i guess i can honestly say that i am set for life and my career is successful.
But i have a big step in front of me. After graduating from engineering some people think that we are set for life but it eventually depends on your placement too ie.in major cities plus the pay amount that you will be getting. If possible i might go for M.tech too later or take a course in highway engineering.

mr substance ,i am B Tech Mechanical engr with 30 yrs of experience ,i am basically consulting engineer with pvt and govt deptt ,after working for 17vyrs with several industries ,i am quite satisfied ,i have small office with 10 staff,now am quite satisfied and concentrating on carrer of my dauhters ,both are doing engg in electrical and electronics ,my wife is working in psu bank in kanpur,thanks for sharing ,u may pm me if intersted in working jointly or for future plans ,thanks for sharing.
