What have you had before you sleep?

What is your daily routine before you go to bed? Do you eat light snack or drink chocolate or you eat fruits? =)
I ate 2 hours before I go to sleep coz i cant sleep when im hungry and i drink milk. I fall asleep easily when i had my milk. After eating i slouch my self for a while on tv or on my comp and do my posting. What about you? What do you do before you go to sleep?

Actually it varies and changes every single day for me...But most of the time, i'll be at my lappy doing work or mylotting (lol) before i go to sleep. Sometimes, i'll have a midnight snack, gurgle listerine in my mouth and then go to sleep.. ^_^
And you know, my midnight snack sometimes happen to be ice cream o.O (haha ice cream before you sleep lol)

I always use to listen good song on my ipod before I go to sleep, so that I can get beautiful dreams.......It's my strong belief.

Before I hit the sack I would read a book or watch movie or my favorite sitcom. Sometimes I do few stretching or yoga. It restore my energy and release stress that I've acquire during the day.

Before I crawl into bed I spend some time online and watching TV. Once I actually crawl into bed I usually read for a little bit and then turn on the radio or the TV and fall asleep. I try not to eat too close to bed time, but I usually have a snack about 2 hours before bed.

I just drink a glass of water. If I munch something right before I go to bed, I'll find out that it will be hard to get to sleep. If I want to avoid getting hungry, I'll eat something at least 4 hours before. Usually I take dinner at 7 p.m. and go to be at 12 a.m.

I try not to eat at least an hour before bed or I have weird dreams. I also try not to drink too much water in the last 2 or 3 hours before bed or I'm up all night peeing. I put in a night guard because I grind my teeth, a wrist brace for my carpel tunnel and ear plugs so I don't have to hear my husband's snoring.

I always eat a snack or anything that I find in the kitchen. Sometimes I like to listen to my ipod for 10 minutes why I lay down on the bed. I think it is important to pass some time after you watched the monitor or the tv screen.

Every night befpr i go to bed i get a cup of milk and put some vinilla coffe creamer in the cup then warm it up in the microwave for 45 seconds then put a little bit of vinilla extract in the warm milk and coffe creamer, then i sprincle some cinimon on top and it is really good.

I almost never eat before I sleep because it's bad for your body. But I occasionally eat light foods.

i check on my children make sure they are fast asleep , them i put on the tv and see if theres anything good on then i lay down and fight to fall asleep because it takes me forever to go to sleep.

before going to sleep, i have to brush my teeth, clean my face and pray and sleep. LOL

Generally I don't eat anything after dinner and i am lazy too to drink or eat anything after dinner in night.
if i wake up till late night,i drink 1 glass of buttermilk and go to sleep. i will get good sleep and i feel cold after taking buttermilk and i get sleep more.

I dont' eat before i go to sleep, part of my diet plan. Sometimes i sleep early because i have to wake 4am because my work start at 5am.
I have lots of ritual before i go to sleep part of my life coaching program. I meditate or journal for 15mins. I take shower and i listened to music for 15mins also. I don't watch tv but sometimes i can't help it.
