Chewing Everything and Anything

Hey everyone, I have a new puppy. She is an 18 week old alaskan malamute. The problem is that she chews EVERYTHING!!! She is so placid and docile and we love her to bits, but as soon as you turn your back, she will grab anything that isnt nailed down and take it outside and shew it to pieces!!! We have bought her toys, we play with her for hours on end, we walk her. Any idea's on how to stop this would be fantastic. I know she is a puppy and this is what puppies do, but it is driving me insane!!! Thanks
