i have been listening lately to music while i am visiting my websites. i do listen with my head set. about 5 hours or more. sometimes i feel that listening using the headset can hurt the ears. do you suffer any ear problem because of it . i try to set the volume to lowest volume possible where i can still hear the sound quite good without hurting my ear drum.

For how long! That is a tricky quesiton. If I would say only one hour then you will ask me then what do you do at party, don't you dance for hours listening music. Very true.
If I would say 5 hours then you would ask me, "5 hours", Where do you get this much free time.
Bu I am not afraid, I would say that I can hear music for all day long provded that I get food in front of me for those 24 hours! LOL

Hello hot-summer friend. For the sake of protecting your ear drums, may I suggest that you not listen to music for so long a time. I don't listen to music with the earphone on. I use my speakers to play and listen. I don't feel good in the ears if I listen to music for a relatively long time, however loud the volume is. Take care.

I listen to music for at least 5 hours a day I guess. that is the least. Whenever I sit on the comp for anything there is always music playing in the background. Listening to music is a lot of fun and helps in reducing tension and stress too.

hi there ,well listening to music is a type of therapy which can help you in healing your disease. It helps you in relaxing and gives a soothing effect. As far as ear drums are concerned hear music which is slow and soothing rather than loud and rock.inspite of ear plugs you can use speakers whih will harm less.ENJOY MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I don't like to use earphone while I am listening to music through the computer. I can have a play list played continuously while I am surfing the Internet. I don't keep track of the duration that I listen to music per day. I like to look for nice and songs that I never listen to on the Internet.

I can Listen to music like 3-5 hours a day. But not nonstop. I just open WinAMP or Windows Media Player on my Computer then listen to it while MyLotting, Browsing the Internet, etc.
While I'm not home, I listen to music via my Sony Ericsson Cell Phone. I only listen it for 45 minutes before taking some breaks. I just can't stand longer. If you listen to headset for a long time, don't play it too loud. Your hearing ability could decrease. This is what I afraid of :D
