Yes I am. And I also feel the pain at my lower back. So perhaps we need to occasionally stand up and pause from that long sitting.

Yes , In 2005 when I had a sore back every day . because i was learning every day sitting in front of the table ,and my posture was always incorrent. In 2006,I began to use computers and computer work per day . I make mistake more easily position. and I have more pain in the back . In addition , in front of my computer to be longer, the head will be dizzy . It can be said that since the work I have been in the sub-health state of the tide everyday lethargy. In 2008,I know of ,to every two hours ,activites about the body to avoid a long period of oppression . I also pay attention to food and drink . Today ,I have a lot of good health. but also happy with the change.

I get up and move a lot when I'm working on the computer. Sometimes I'll stop in the middle of reading through threads and go do dishes, or check the mail, or work on cleaning the house a bit. It's a nice break, and it lets my eyes rest and keeps my back from feeling too stiff. Of course, I'm always on my feet at work, so sometimes sitting down for hours on end is nice lol

I have never heard of "subhealthy" before. But I do sit long every day in front of the PC because that is what my work involves. I don't feel stiff at all, I think it's because I exercise often after work. Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Also like you, I feel my energy and body is not so good as before. Less exercise, sitting in front of pc for long time, erractical eatting, less sleep. I think all these are important elements for our healthy. Recently, I was reading two books, one is "energy management", and another is "seven habits of high performance people", it can help you manage your energy and make you feel more powerful.
