How do the Indian Mylot members receive dollar payments and convert into rupees?

I am not sure being in India how to receive dollar payments from Mylot and convert into rupees. Indian members who are already receiving payments may kindly tell the procedure.

1. Mylot pays you through Paypal
2. You should have paypal premier account
3. To transfer money from paypal to your bank in India, there should be minimum amount of $150
4. There is no payment from paypal to your credit card.
5. Paypal charges $5 to transfer the funds through bank.
6. If any one has account in US bank transfer is free and no limit on the amount.
7. You can transfer the amount in your credit at paypal to any other paypal account held by any body,
