According to the report, people who get job promotion is most likely to jeopardize their health. Due to the workload they get to see their doctors less. Plus there is an increase possibility of mental strain due to stress, and fatigue.
On the other hand, job promotion increases moral of the because this entails the improvement of self-worth.

well career would be a better choice, however, if health is already at stake because of career then its the other way around. for me, i would prefer health because life is very precious and the benefits we gain from our career will only be wasted if our health is already at stake.

I will always choose health over career. Health is true wealth. And such wealth can not be bought by money. Getting a promotion that will put much risks on one's health is not worth it. I believe one's greatest wealth is health. If one should fall ill because of stressful work, all that a person worked hard for to gain will just go down the drain. What is the point of earning so much if such earnings will just be spent on doctor's fees, medicines, laboratory and diagnostic tests?

i always believe that health should be first before career. how can you continue your career if you cannot even take care of yourself. if you do not take care of your health you might lose your career too. Balancing yourself is the key to having a balanced life in your lifestyle.

I would without doubt choose health over career as you can make it up again if are still healthy enough when you are going through a financial crisis but if you overlook your health for accumulating wealth in a short time, it would shorten your life. Whatever maybe the losses, it can be recovered later.

I've had to quit one job entirely and one position at another job due to my health. My employer had my stress levels up so severely that I had to take an extended maternity leave because it was pushing my blood pressure and stress levels into a quite dangerous area.

Certainly,i would like to choose Health.I will balance my carreer and my health,i won't let my workload jeopardize my body condition, actually, own one satisfied job is important in one's whole life, but own a health body is more important than anything.

That is really true. What is the whole purpose of earning lots of money of your body will gave out the soonest you get the faintest disease. Yep I agree with you. Health is most important, we owe it to our family!
