Company cellphones, Does you company provide one?

Until a few months ago, our company provided us with company cellphones to use at work. When the economy went south, they got the bright idea to remove the company cellphones and give employees a discount on their personal cellphones for them to use at work. I haven't liked this plan so far. Has your company made any drastic changes?

Mingling the personal and company or official calls will cause many problems. In our company , they used to give separate mobile for the official works and we are not supposed to make any personal call except for emergency.If it is as you told, we need to reply to the unnecessary questions raised by the company..
