Happy Easter,If you haven't ccoked yet or if you did cook, what will it be? I know most people are having a Ham, I can't decide, I want to go out nd get a Whole Chicken or hen and Bake it. My daughters cooking a Ham and some other things. If you don't eat pork, what will you have for your Easter Dinner today? Are you going out for dinner, if you are Enjoy yourself!

Thanks to both of you, a couple of my favorite mylot friends. I had a big day, left at 9:30 this morning and got home at 10 tonight. Sorry to say no jackpot, but had lots of fun. I couldn't get my mom out of there. She went with $20, came home with that and an extra $15. They had a nice buffet for $9.99 a person, can't beat that. I ended up spending $35, thats not bad for about 6 hours of playing the slots. I won enough to keep playing.

Sounds like a real wonderful day you two have planned! Hope you hit the jackpot and hope they have some good Easter food there too (Geez...a holiday with no cooking! How lucky is that?!) Have a fun Easter :-)

We're only getting together with my youngest daughter and family today, my other daughter and hubby are on call at the vet clinic (animal emergencies don't stop just because it's Easter Sunday lol) I'm making a beef roast and slow cooking it. I thought about doing a nice ham, but the 4 of us love our roast with mashed potatos and gravy. I do miss not having a ham, but seeing as it's not going to be a crowd we just opted for a roast instead. Hoping you have a wonderful Easter Sunday no matter what you have! Hugs, Joy (Off to hunt the eggs my grandson hid hehehe)

I didn't make the usual Easter dinner of Ham.
Tonight, I cooked a frozen pre made lasagna in a box.
My daughter was in the mood for that.
It was only my my son and my daughter ages 5 and 10.

that is good you didn't put any meat in it? Shrimp would have been good in it.

I am cooking a chicken today for dinner, it is one that has been stuffed with a pork and sage stuffing and it is really nice! I have invited my parents over to join us so it should turn out to be a nice afternoon plus the sun is trying to shine so it might even turn out to be a warm day too!!
