Have You Noticed That...

When a discussion has no response, the "similar discussions" listing is at the bottom of the discussion thread?
That the same listing is moved to the right side of the page when a discussion is replied?
Or you are that type who is focused on answering the discussion you clicked that you totally ignore what's in the bottom and at the side of a page?
Me, I noticed such difference when I found several good discussion to reply to after answering one. Since then, I always try to see what's in the list of "similar discussions". Oftentimes, the list produces worth replying threads which are easier to answer because my mind is still fresh from a thread of similar topic.

Hi eichs!
I notice them everywhere. I find discussions by friends that I missed first time round. I find discussions that are months old but that were worthy of many more responses. I find fun discussions, I find many things to respond to I find...
I definately use them!

I'm like that offline too. If we all share our knowledge with others instead of trying to be rivals the world would be a better place don't you think?
If I share with new users here and help them get off to a good start we can ALL join in the fun and the new ideas for topics that they will bring with them. If we just leave them 'drowning' here they will give up.
Sadly not all of them listen but some do!

I have nothing to gain by keeping it to myself.
It's of much more use if I share!
Happy Lotting!

Typically mysdianait, never missing to notice things and sharing her knowledge. With people like you, I do agree that this world can be a better place to live in. This is what I like here at myLot. We can ask what we don't know, share what we know and we got helpful answers and inspiring feedbacks from friendly acquaintances online.

I am the type that totally ignores these things. I really didn't know that. I am going to start checking that from now on.
