Do you scream when you're mad?

When someone makes me mad, sometimes I can't control myself and I scream. Not always, but it's been happening a lot lately. Screaming is a way of getting rid of stress but I don't think we should walk around screaming all day. Many friends of mine scream whenever they are in an uncomfortable situation.Obviously, that is a sign of weakness.

Screaming is one way of compensating from stressful situation and its a good way of alleviating it. But screaming all day is another thing also. I never scream when I get mad, instead I prefer to walk out rather than screaming or nag others which might hurt them. Taking a depth breathe and holding oneself for seconds (which I also applied) is one way of calming down, it's just a matter of self control.

I prefer to stay away from everyone when I am angry. I don't scream but I can start talking in a cold tone and hurt others even the innocent ones. That's why I prefer to isolate myself and chill down a bit. Then I will calm down and behave more rationally.

I was so much worse at this a few years back. I now am much calmer and carry more peace about me. And if I do have a bad day I make sure to go to those that I was out of line with. I then let them know that it was a bad choice that I just made and was not in control of myself. I found that when I held to many things inside I was quicker to outburst. That ment tears, laughter, inquiries. Any type of emotion that I needed release. And also knowing that it is all okay. Tomorrow is a new day, new opportunity to get it right. Now I just tell people around me that I am nearing my limit when I have been dealing with a lot.

Yes , I've got got tha habbit, When I angry I just scream. But I do not agree that, this is a sign of weakness only. In one way, others will be scared of us, atleast have some fear on us so that in the future they won't tell or do anything to make us angry
