You have lots of good friends in a place and the working atmosphere is also good. Will you work there even if you are paid less?

If I enjoy the job and have good friends there, yes, I will accept less pay, providing I can still make ends meet. I think, the way things are going, our working week should be cut to a three-day one, and if that happens, we will have less wages. We had to do it in a previous recession but it worked, and got the country back on its feet. So, in that case, yes, I would take the cut in pay.
Brightest Blessings.

Sometimes it is better to work in a place that is less stressful than a place where you can make more money. Think of it this way; if you are making a load of cash but are miserable when you get home, you won't be able to enjoy the riches of your spoils. Likewise, if you work a lower paying job but come home in a good mood you might not be able to buy a lot of nice things but at least you will be able to enjoy them.

If a place of work pays less, however less it might be, it would still be MORE than nothing would be. Rather than not work at all I would definately choose to work in a place that paid less - and if my colleagues were fun to be with then that would make it a perfect place to work whatever the wages.

I don't think so. I don't make much as it is, a measly $8.25 an hour - and I need all the money I can get right now. My job isn't a full-time one or one that I plan on having for longer than a year- it's just a temporary part-time job to survive my college expenses. So I would definitely keep the job I don't like because I know that eventually I'll get a new, much better one.
