Do you think studing abroad is a very meaningful thing to enrich our life

I am a postgraduate in china and I was very interested in studing in other countries not to learn modern technology but to see the outsideworld.However,I have no opportunity now,I must go to work after graduation for some reasons. So can you give us some opinions of studing abroad?
