Are you cooking or eating anything special for Easter today?

Well, this year I have been elected to cook dinner for the family get together. Usually we have the typical dinner with a ham. However, I have plans to put a little twist on it. I will be making a ham but I am goin to cook it differently. I would tell you guys but I know some of my family are my lotters so I won't ruin the surprise. I will tell post more tomorrow and let you know. Have a Happy Easter everyone! Livy J

BBQ, I love bbq it is easy, allows me to have fun with the family there is no fuzz, and it is delicious. A hearty salad, zucchini, onions tomatoes, green peppers, bake potatoes, and an Upside down Pineapple Cake plus Ice cream.

My son and daughter in law made a glazed ham. I fixed rolls, corn and "that pink stuff" salad. It was nice to get with them.

My wife made some chicken and dumplings and some apple crunch pie. It was good.

No, I don't plan to celebrate easter . Even in my countr today is Monday.

Yeah.. My boyfried cooked baked salmon and mixed vegetable. I made some muffins for our snack. My plan was actually to bake a cake but I run out of time so I settled of making muffins.
