Recently, i have seen that my luck has changed a lot, I don't know how, but my email ID is picking up so many first, second, and third prices from different lottery provider. Has any one of you got a mail like this??

I was there once. All of the sudden, I received millions daily and that way so annoying. That probably because you use the same email to register to sites that may being 'spidered' or sell the emails in their databases. You can filter them out but it will take time before they finally cool down and reduce the spam (not stop, just reduce)

These look like scam emails to me. If you have never entered a lottery with your email address, you have to ask yourself, how can you win something you did not enter?
Nearly everyone I know gets emails like this but just mark them as spam as they are most definitely a scam. Be very careful with scams like this as they are after one thing, your details.

Its a scam sweet heart. There are lots of scams now a days that are send through e-mail, as sms, letters, etc. The next think they will ask for some small fees for transactions and most probably people will send small money thinking that they can get huge amount of money. I think you should delete it. Be careful of the lots of scams in the future. Have a nice day buddy.
