How to get promoted?

I've been working in a call center for more than five years now and never get promoted, not even once. I always hit my goals and perform all of the time. I never get motivated with the people around me or even with my supervisors. I need some advise from those people who have worked in a call center and those who are currently working in a call center.

Maybe there's no room for growth where you work. Are you happy to keep at the level you are at there? If not, you might want to think about getting another job that will have room for promotion.
