Yes, I have been to India , beautiful country, and many amazing places to see. I was very impressed with "Taj Mahal". That is definitely one of the wonders of the world.

I stayed in Mumbai or Bombay as it was back then quite a few years ago due to our plane being broken down. We were stranded there for two days so we took the opportunity to look around. There were a lot of children begging back then which broke my heart; keep in mind this was at least 25 years ago.
I don't remember a lot but I do recall liking the city and I noticed the people especially the staff at our hotel were all quietly and calmly going about their work; there was no stress. I would love to visit again one day.

There is no point of'visiting' India becasue I have been born , brought up and live here and know no other country so far.Just wanted to respond because I agree that India is indeed a wondderful country to visit-with its diversity in culture and the underlying humanism and camraderie that is largely found here
