Wii Fit and The Impossible Goal!

So I keep exercising every so often with the Wii Fit. I always set my goals very small. Usually at 1 pound. I've only reached that goal once that I can remember. Usually it just says "sorry, look's like you didn't quite reach your goal this week!" But awhile back I finally lost a pound! And so I step on the Wii and it tells me that. But then I'm thinking I met my goal early, and not the case. It just says I am working towards it. So today I step on, and I lost 2 more pounds (according to that scale, not my normal scale). But then it says I am far off from my goal! Argh, so if you lose too much weight, that's also bad or what? This thing is evil!

Yeah, it just seems like I have to predict what I will weigh in two weeks to beat it. Oh well, if I lost more than my goal I'm still happy. But I think the scale is messed up on the Wii because the Wii scale changes and my regular one never does. But then again, my regular scale isn't that sensitive, it only goes to the nearest 2 pounds.

most people put on and lose lbs without altering the bmi. thats the more reliable one. like runners loose several pints of water during a long run from sweating and stuff

all the water must be 3/4 lbs lighter.

I found with the Wii because I was on it everyday that I was actually not losing weight due to the fact that I was buidling muscle! So I was losing fat which was good and looking more tone but, only losing small amounts of weight! I haven't got the Wii myself as it is my mums and she let me have it for a week - however because I feel it worked for me I would like to buy one for myself in the future so I can go on it all the time but, for now I shall have to wait! lol

Wow that is pretty good! I don't think I've gained any muscle from it yet. I wouldn't mind gaining muscle though. I just want to lose some fat. Mostly in my belly.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to matter how much I exercise, I have always had a belly. I was glad to see on Dancing with the Stars a lot of the stars on there said the same thing, the belly is always a problem! I'm glad I'm not alone at least.
