What is the best diet you have ever done. Getting older, it has become harder and harder to keep the wieght off. But, having a tyrode problem you can't take all those so called diet pills. So I had to come up with a way the keep safe, healthy and get the wieght to come off. I use carnation instant breakfast. I drink a glass in the morning. Eat a lunch and drink 1/2 a glass before dinner. I have found it keeps me from over eating in the evening. Then I tryed to take a walk after dinner, when the weather is nice. What do you do?..... and does it work??

I'm really having a hard time loosing weight. I've never weighted this much before until I started to work. Since i have an evening shift, it seems like my body somehow reacts to it differently. Because the eating habit is no longer normal. I tried cutting off my meals but it doesn't seem to take effect. I really don't know what else to do. So if anyone could share a very good response that would be greatly appreciated.

Get some carnation instant breakfast. It's full of vitamans and menerials. Fix 1 glass of 2% milk with instant breakfast. Drink it in the morning. eat lunch, and fix another glass of instant breakfast for dinner. Drink half of it before you eat dinner and the rest during your dinner. Don't force your dinner. Just eat enough to satisfy the hunger and finish off the glass. It worked for my, and now I am doing it again. I put on more weight then I have ever had from working a computer job. So here I go again...You see, I don't want to give up things I like, so With this I don't have to. I just watch what I eat and how much. With the help of carnation instant breakfast.

I have found that the diet pills never work...they simply take it off while your on them and then it all comes back the minute you stop taking them. Slimfast is the same way.
I haven't found a way to take weight off...I'm still battling it. I drink water all the time, eat small meals and try to work out when I can. Nothing seems to help. The fact that I'm diabetic doesn't help. Maybe something in your discussion will help me.
