Do you guys set your clocks early?
I don't. I think that thinking that I should just come early already makes up for it. And honestly, I don't like it when offices and schools set the time early:
I just blogged about this: http://www.thingswelovetohate.com/2009/04/clocks-set-early.html

Hi, I don't set our clocks early. I think the right time will be important for us. But in cellphone I usually set my time in advance. So that when I woke up early I will not be late for work, but sometimes when I heard my cellphone alarming and I know that it has an advance time, then I sleep again.

Hi there. On the contrary, I actually set my watch a little bit late, though I just always try to remember the difference between my watch's time and the actual time. I do this so I won't panic/stress too much when I'm commuting to work. I guess it's more of a psychological thing.

I do not set my clock earlier than the standard time. I have always set it up on the standard time. Some people tend to set it up early so as not to be late in appointments or meetings but in my case, I really do not set it up. I am always on time for meetings or appointments regardless what it is. Perhaps the only time that I could be late is when there are uncontrolled circumstances occurring when I am heading to the place like flat tire, or perhaps traffic.

My clock at home is set 5 minutes advance... since i hate being late... so that 5 minutes makes me feel that i have a head start... or when i feel too lazy to get up from bed... i can always say to myself that i still have 5 more minutes to stay in bed...

I like to have 1 of my clocks set at least 10 minutes early. Only the one that I always look at. As for my alarm, I like to set it at least half an hour before I really do want to get up.
Only recently, where I live, we have finished day light savings. My husband and I changed the main clocks to the correct time, but have left 2 on daylight savings for a week. In that week, I was doing things. I looked at the clock and though I was running late to pick up my youngest from school. I panicked then I realised that it was only 2pm instead of 3pm so I could sit down and relax for that bit longer.

I usually set my clocks three minutes earlier than the standard time, because my action is slow,no matter which kind of activity,so i must set my clock earlier than others, and in this way i can't too late than anyone else.
