Is Blogging Really Lucrative?

My understanding is that blogging can be very lucrative but it does take some time to start making any decent money and your content has to be very good. I am also checking into blogging and I think I will start with the website associatedcontent.com. I am not advocating for this site but several people have recommended it so I think I will give it a try.

Subjective question! The answer is, "It can be." Raven posted an excellent response. We only tend to hear about the people who make a lot (and a big silence from the thousands who don't). At my guess, one in a hundred people will make money. It all depends on effort, content and luck!
