The older you get the more that you think about your health, and over the last few years i have made a lot of changes and i feel better now than i did when i was younger.
First thing that i did was change my diet...No more fast food...No more Processed food..I have cut out everything with high fructose corn syrup in it. or Crystalline fructose. Most of what we eat now is Organic. and i try to keep it as fresh as possible, we started a good sized garden, and i can as much as i can now so i know that what i am getting is good for us.
Water i started drinking more purified water...No more Coke, or Pepsi. and i also purchased a juicer, and make my own juice.....
Exercise i try to get in at least a hour everyday....Walking, dancing around the house, using a rebounder...Ect
Sunshine...when it is warn enough i try to get out in the sun for about 15 minutes everyday with a bathing suite on...so i get my vitamin D. This is very important to do because most people are deficient in vitamin D. But you do not want to burn and you want to expose as much of you skin as possible. If i cant get into the sun i supplement with a good vitamin D3 supplement.
Supplements i take....Salba is a whole food that helps add some more fiber to our diet..I also take coq10 for heart health...and i also take a multi herb supplement put together for dibetes, vitamin D3 when i need it. and some other things.
Three years ago i was diagnosed with Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. The doctors had me on insulin, cholesterol meds, blood pressure meds.
aspirin therapy.
Today i am 53 years old and with the changes that i have made both my husband and me are compleatley off any prescription medications. I still keep a close eye on my sugar and my blood pressure. Which has been fine and with in normal ranges.

Life is either very fast or very slow for me. Right now it's slow.
I always strive for a sort of balance though. I find excuses to life heavy objects, to go for a walk, so that I have SOME exercise when I'm not working.
And my diet's a little too healthy, I'm told. My blood pressure complains because I don't eat enough fatty, salty things xD a little more sugar'd probably help me too. I know this is ironic, but when your house is filled with good foods...needing a bad one is a rather perplexing problem to have, heheh.
I've not really had much problems with the strength department. I'm stubborn and I'm good and telling myself no (too good, hush, I get chastised for this one all the time).
You just gotta think about it and try to take care of yourself, that's all.

Hello neerajpandey_13! I usually take my daily vitamins. Its important to have vitamin c especially here in our country. Weather here is unpredictable. And of course, I get enough sleep 6 to 8 hours a day and enough glasses of water about 8-10 glasses a day plus the food the I intake. I at least avoid eating in fastfoods most of the time. Its not that I don;t really eat in fastfoods, I do but not always. I avoid oily foods and take alot of vegetables and fruits. I think that's my way on how to stay healthy. But nowadays, we don't know what will happened. What kind of sickness will come. So its better to have your check up with the doctor especially when you feel something not good. Don't take it for granted. Prevention is better than cure. =)

firstly, your attitude is very important. if you want to be healthy, you should take your breakfast and lunch and supper in time. of course you should do some exercises you like also.
secondly, speaking out all unhappy things existing in your mind to your families or friends or someone like that. it's useful to make youself to be positive.
thirdly, do as much as you can in what you interested in and you can find more funs from it.
fourthly, to get the enough time to rest.
those are what I suggest and hope you will be healthy in your life.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very important when you think of maintaining good health. It includes good personal hygiene, a healthy diet and some exercise. Personal hygiene through regular bathing, brushing you teeth twice a day, etc, have been taught to us from childhood. Every week one should indulge in some physical activity to keep our body healthy. 30 minutes exercise for 5 days a week is enough. If you are playing some games regularly like football or basketball, it is very nice. Diet should be well balanced according to the amount of calories we spend during a day. Eating too much or too less is unhealthy. Try avoiding smoked and canned foods, also fast food.
Another important aspect of health is our mental peace. We should spend some hour for some leisure activities.

I have always believed that an active lifestyle with plenty of exercise is the key to staying fit and healthy. I have a daily workout and also I get a multi-vitamin pack from GNC that I take every day.
Eating right means a lot but if you stay fit with exercise then you can get by with a little more on the eating. I just try to watch my cholesterol and let it go at that. I stay active enough that I don't have to worry about my weight.
I have also found that by staying active, I don't seem to get sick as much as other people. I might get a little sore throat sometimes but that's about it. I rarely get the flu.

hi neerajpandey_13
to be healthy, something that you must remember, stay away from fast food, its not good for your health.Don't eat meat or seafood a lot, they make high cholesterol.prefer drink plain water then tea, coffee or soda water. Drink more then 8 glasses for better health. At this time I rarely jogging,I often play table tennis, two or three times a week.to be healthy is not enough just by eat healthy food and doing exercise, but also must be accompanied with adequate rest. do all things in the normal limit, then you can live healthy.

I agree that because of the busy life today many of us neglected our health. We forgot to exercise and we don't eat a balanced diet. As for my experience I want to lose weight because I feeling heavier now I'm afraid to have high blood. I'm only 25 and I have an illness so I need to take care of myself. Although it's hard sometimes to resist the unhealthy food but I need to avoid eating them. I begin to exercise to maintain my body weight.

I try very hard to take care of myself and feed my family healthy meals. I am pretty good at staying on track Monday through Friday, but love my weekend brownies! As I have gotten older, I defintely think more about my diet. I have started eating fish, I have always had a problem with the taste, but trying. I try to eat all my colors, lots of greens and fruits. The most important thing is to not eat the same foods everyday.

heelo neerajpandey_13!I wouldn't say I'm a health freak but I go to gym 5 times a week. And I usually have WeetBix for breakfast and I usually skip lunch and have light dinner like soup. I eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water.
