I think politicians are crazy anyway. I'm not surprised that they would be depressed after losing an election. In the U.S. people spend millions to win a position that pays $100,000 a year. So you know they're in it for the power, not for the people. Elections are insane, I think there should be restrictions on how much a politician can spend--maybe no more than the office pays. That would give everyone a fighting chance. Better yet, make public service an unpaid position and we might get some people in there that truly want to help their country.

that's my point. i absolutely agree with you. considering the ethical, national television didn't broadcast the name of insane caleg. i am sorry to know that. do you have any suggestion so we can push government or media publish the list?

Yes, I think they should publish the list. What if they try to get into office again? You don't want such fragile people in charge but if you don't know who they are you cannot avoid them.

Oh .. I feel sad heard the news. Why people or 'caleg' get stress if he not been choice ? If he loos a lot of money because that, don't give up. Show must go on, next election he can try again and change the strategies to win the election. Success comes from Failure.

yes that's very sad. succes comes from failure. well i wish they read your post srikandi19. may be they are so desperate because they don't know how to payback money that he/she spent. and that money could come from third parties.

they have spent a lot of money so that he can be elected as caleg. if elected they will expect their money back. because it is not selected, they can not return the money that is used. I have heard that until not strong face the facts, they lose the money which is not small, so they finally stress.

I really understand your topic and want to continue this discussion. But unfortunately, you do not use language that is understood by all members, such as "CALEG" or "DUKUN" or "MANDI KEMBANG". You can use words such as "candidate legislators/congress", "traditional healer" and "bath water mixed with flower as the ritual ceremony".
