I'm becoming addicted to online scrabble

I found online Scrabble on Pogo.com. I have played there because they play by the rules of the National Scrabble Association and it's good practice before Scrabble club time on Monday. Because I haven't gone to Scrabble Club lately (I have too much other work to do including writing here) I have played online Scrabble more and more. When my back went out this weekend and I couldn't do anything, all I could do was sit with my chair reclined and hit the keyboard. I'm not sure if playing Scrabble online so much is good for me. It distracts me from doing work and keeps me up late, although I've always been a night owl anyway. What do you think?

Don't worry about it. Your addition will hopefully pass real soon. Every now and then, I become addicted to an online game, but it is never a permenant thing. I usually burn out after a while.

I think most of the games on Pogo are addictive. I have 2 favorites, Poppitt and Mahjong Safari!
