how many times did you brush your teeth in a day???

Do anyone realize that brushing teeth are one of the most important thing to do every day. But how many time will someone brush their teeth in a day? I always adviced my young patient to brush teeth three times a day especially before they going to sleep. Did anyone aware about this???

I brush my teeth two times a day, in the morning and before I get to sleep at night. I also use "Corsodyl" after every meal.

Normally, I brush my teeth 3x a day. But when I ate something that has after taste I brush my teeth right after eating. So sometimes, I brush it 4 or 5x a day. Happy my lotting!!!
