How do I get admission in a good engineering college in bangalore, India?

I am from nepal. Last year, I completed my +2 from CBSE board from a school in nepal. I achieved 81% in boards. I came to bangalore last year for admission but I couldn't get admission. I lost my one year. I dont want to lose one more year. I want to take admission for computer science engineering (B.E. or B.tech.) in bangalore. Please guide me through the complete process along with dates to get admission in some reputed college (preferably RV or BMS). I am a POI, as I don't carry a nepali passport. I have indian passport. Also, I am staying in nepal since my childhood. I have also not appeared in any of the competitive exams. Thankyou
