Who is your host

For those who have a site , who is your host.
I'm looking for some good hosts out there that have great security , and almost no downtime. I find there is way to many choices out there , and i know most of them don't have alot of experience.
How did you find this host , and how did you decide this was the one for you?

I use ThirdSphere, but they have a lot of bells and whistles that I don't need but am paying for. I think it's a bit much for the average marketer.
I recommend people go to Host Gator. They're more reasonable and a lot of people in the Internet marketing relm use them.
