Should we have the power to sue fake PTC sites

India

Thousands of fake PTC sites exist on the net thee days and many of us spend a lot part of our valuable time on these. But in the end we are left without earning a penny. Should there be a cyberlaw or some regulation on the net to stop this and prevent other users from such scams?

I already asked this on mylot but get some unacceptable answer that people saying that there is no way to sue, complaint against them. I am also finding some online community or organization who just monitoring all this fraud or cheaters. people say just ignore them & whenever start work do some research. If you get any solution tell me.

Yes their should be a way to make sure that we are all paid for our efforts. and these scam artists should have to pay what they say that they are going to. I know over the years i have been ripped off by a lot of them.

I agree that there should be a law for that. And also for fake posts in the forums where they say they are paying. I don´t trust that anymore. It´s difficult for a single person to sue a site. There should be government policies and world policies about the use of the cyber space.
