ever featured another blogger in your blog?

I avoid talking about other bloggers and giving their links in my own blog. I think it has something to do with trying to keep my traffic in my site. If I were to post more links then I'd be directing them to go to other blogs instead of mine, but this morning while I was blog hopping, I came across a Blogger that featured his art work.
