I have a classmate who's usually okay with me because he's funny and all...But sometimes...gosh, he could really get on your nerves because he's the type that goes around telling people how GREAT he is..Geez, my ears are going to bleed anytime soon if this doesn't stop...I mean OKAY I GET IT THAT YOU'RE INDISPENSABLE but please mann, do you think i enjoy you talking about yourself, and HIGHLY at that?? -.- How do you stop this? And do you have simillar experiences? Do share..^_^

Some people are like that. It's just too much to bear but whenever i'm in that kind of situation, I let my mind wander to completely ignore him. That way he won't get on my nerves.

Yea!! Such guys are plain irritating. When I was in JC, there was such a guy in my class. There was this time, he was talking about his ambition during class. He said he wanted to be the first guy to build some aircraft or whatever. The worst thing was my physics tutor actually enjoyed his 'speech' and they even chatted during lesson time. =.=||

Haha, i think it would be okay for him to talk about his ambition, but to exaggerate it and to drag it would just piss people off..It doesn't take a stupid fella to know that this guy was tryna be cocky...Ohwells, let's just ignore these midless people shall we? hehe ^_^

i know how you feel. its as bad as having someone constantly put theirselves down. im not sure which is worse. just moveing on and not commenting, ignoring them is about all you can do.

Oh I know the type well, unfortunately most narcissists love hearing themselves talk and pat them selves on the back at how clever they are. What I would do when someone would babble on about there greatness is just tune them out and focus on something else and block the unwanted noise out,I find this work wonders for me.

well we can't really stop this guy from being "cocky" about himself...the only way to stop this...is for you to ignore him..i mean i dont mean to sound mean..but thats just my opinion...and for what i would tell him..i would be like " man, i know you tell everybody your great but we get the picture, i would appreciate it if you dont rub it in too much to everybody how great you are"... dont really have experiences to share but this is what i would do.

Hahaha, i wish i had the guts to do that but i hate embarassing people cz i wouldn't like it done to me too...His Cockiness is the size of a giant platoon! Or maybe even bigger...Anyway i guess it's true what you say..I should just ignore him...But you know how harder it gets for me to do that each and every day...aha..

I do have a friend who is just like this person..Who talks only about him and his achievements ..Yes I would listen to it..But to an extend i feel so irritating..How do people assume that others are so interested in your thoughts so force it in.. :)

A person like that really is annoying! He remind me of my beautiful classmate (yes, we did notice her beauty!) but keep goes around telling how beautiful she was and her beauty secret (ok, we don't mind the secret but the other part still annoying!) Your friend need to get a grip and realize he's getting on everyone's nerve.
