Daydreamer2: What can you do when you cannot sleep?

I had a friend from the past it happens to be my crush also, he told me that he has this insomia and he cannot sleep, from the that time we started texting each other from 10pm to 2am it always happens and when he got his girlfriend he doesn't text me anymore but his girlfriend told me that he always got a headache because the girl always text or call him...
he always do the same thing texting is his way so that he will sleep if her thumb and eyes are tired
can you tell me what must i tell him in order to make him sleep early?

Hi Daydreamer2,
I have the same problem here and I am on my computer till 4.a.m everyday, but I have found something that can make me sleepy is a glass of hot milk with grated nutmeg, it works wonders. Tell him to try that.

Not getting the normal hours' of sleep is a disorder.The person concerned must not take it lightly and consult the Expert Doctor.The love should not be the cause of insomnia.
