Hi there!
Well banks in the Philippines are not so familiar with Paypal accounts. However you can still link your Philippine account to Paypal but the transfer has no assurance.
But there is a safest way to withdraw your money from Paypal. Just apply for the EON card at Union Bank. It's very easy to apply with just 350 annual fee. Go to the nearest Union Bank and bring 2 identification cards. The EON card is an account for the Paypal account transfer.
Hope that helps. Ciao!

I am a Filipino living here in Batangas, and has been using Paypal for 2 years. Recently, I got my EON card from Unionbank and withdrawing some cash through ATM.
By reading the other comments above, they seem to be confused with your concern and I am a bit also.
So, what is your real problem?
1.0 You cannot find Philippines at Paypal website? It is definitely included.
2.0 You cannot find Philippines in the list of myLot for Paypal account? Yes, there is. Although I haven't gotten my first $10 here from myLot, I am very sure there is since a dear friend of mine who is also a Filipino and living here in the Philippines is getting some.
I am sure you just failed to find Philippines at Paypal, but for sure there is so you don't have to worry as a lot of Filipino bloggers are also using it.

I just read the FAQ of MyLot re Earning & Payment Information and their list of PayPal countries, I re-read it several times but Phillippines is not there. There was no other suggested site to check so I was not aware that there are other ways to know about the listings of countries. Why is Phil. not included in myLot's list? or is it just me who can't see it. Everyone says it's there......

You can get your money from your paypal account to Philippine bank. You can get your paypal money through Unionbank to be particular. Apply for an EON cybercard at Unionbank use that card to verify your paypal account then link that card to withdraw money from your paypal account. I personally did the process and successfully getting money from my paypal account through my EON card. Not only me I know most of the Filipino members here do the same. We can withdraw our paypal funds using our EON Unionbank cyber card. Good luck friend. Keep posting to reach your payout here in mylot. If you're still looking for other paying sites just visit my page to see other paying sites there. Happy mylotting.

I'm really so new in this kind of thing, and frankly I did not even know that there was a way of earning by just posting until a relative happened to mention it and invited me to join. Now that you mentioned it, I think I'll start getting serious in making more money!

Based from my sister's experience who has an online job as a virtual assistand and gets paid via paypal, she is transfering her paypal earnings to her existing savings account. She is using her metrobank account to transfer her paypal earnings. I believe there is an option there at the paypal website wherein they will ask you what bank you want your funds to be transfered to. You just need to know the bank code of your bank.
And of course, the EON card of Unionbank is i guess the easiest way to go.

I'm also curious about this but I don't really mind since I intend to use my PayPal account for future online purchases. I don't really think I will be getting them thru a local bank. :)

I haven't got payment from paypal yet but I have a Debit Card from Union Bank that called EON wherein I can keep the payments in the future. You have to read the instruction carefully on paypal site. Philippines is included. My friend earned a lot throught paypal that's why I was convince.
