What' s the time you go to bed? I am used to stay up till 3. When in the dark night, my minds will be more active and my heart will feel calm. But my roomates usually go to bed early before midnight. It is said that it's not good for health to go to bed too late. What do you think?

I usually go to bed at around 2 am on days I had to go to college and on weekends I am up to 3-4 am. (This all is due to internet)
It calm at night and many ideas are generated in my head after midnight. Though it depends on oneself and how your body responds to it. It you are feeling quite energetic after midnight then probably you should stay awake. It may change your body clock though but I don't think that it may post a risk to someone's health.

I go to bed late and get up late, too. It has been long after the last time I get up before 7:30. Before university I am a person who loves to get up early and have sports in a little park in a little hill near my home. It is lovely to breathe fresh air and hear birds singing in the morning sun. I miss the shining rising sun, and I also enjoy the tranquil night. Ambivalent, isn't it?

ya I was also used to sleep at around 10 pm in nights when i was in school but in college, there are a lot of things to do and I have lost this habit long ago. Due to addiction an net time passes like water flowing in a river.
Actually i had to attend college in the mornings so I can't afford wake after 2 am on any given day. But when there is a holiday I usually sleep at around 4-5 am in the morning.
Basically I like very much to be awake late till early morning
