What sauce do you prefer in your pasta?Red,white, or just olive oil?

I like it also but sadly i refrained from eating meat, i manage to stay healthy. I eat meat but not that often at least 1 or 2 times a week is enough....

i am sorry to hear about that..but i also hardly ate any meat for nearly a month..usually eat seafood that meat..but it's good for health,to eat less meat..eat more vege and fish..huhu

Thanks for the response. Anyway, sweet spaghetti was my all time favorite before. When i was a child, i used to ask my mom to make a sweet spaghetti every bday i have. Most of the fiipinos especially children like sweet spaghetti. But now that im old enough, my taste evolves and used to like different kinds of pasta especially with white sauce or simply an olive oil pasta plus some veggies.. Habe a nice day...
