Xoom cancelled my transaction.

Guys I need help, what does xoom means when they say cancellation completed? Lately I've send my money and receiving it with my moms name entitled, when I logged to paypal still my transaction with xoom.com is pending, anyone here that has encountered the same problem? Please I need help....
