you like to buy an apartment or start a small business under economic crisis?

As we know,economic crisis is prevailing all over the world.Under such situation,would you like choose to start a small business or buying an apartment with instalment when your money is limited? and now the price of housing is lower than last yesr's.what is your suggestion?

Well, i've already got a place to stay.. so maybe, i'd start a small business instead.. i've been wanting to have my own business but the problem is, i don't have enough resources or enough capital to do that.. i'd like to have a small gadget shop(selling mobile phones, nintendo ds lite, wii, portable playstation, cameras, iPods and other gadgets) or a small kiosk selling tasty yet affordable foods..

hi,Grace,nice to read your response.I have been dreaming to buy an apartment in Shenzhen of China,of cause.I would like to have my own business.once I operate well,I can even offord bigger apartment;once failed,I will get into debt.everything maybe exists a risk.by the way,wish your dream come true someday.
