How does the "Local ad consultant" with chacha work, exactly?

Just looking for some information on the Chacha website on whether they're legitimate and if you can get hired as a "Local ad consultant" what exactly do you do? I've seen some supposed "hired" people here on Mylot so i'm sure someone can help me with my questions. I have my own ideas of what you do as one, but i'm curious as to those who actually are chacha "Local AD consultants". I'm also curious as to if you work from home, or if you work in a local chacha business office near you? My last question is how much do they pay as I couldn't really find any information on it anywhere. Thanks to anyone who helps.
