What are the games that keep kids amused?

This post is not open only for parents but for grandparents and aunts and uncles... I have been an aunt before being a mum and I liked to play a lot with my sisters' kids. We would find funny ways to run around the house, go to the park... Can you share some games/activities that you do with kids and they have fun doing them (well and you enjoy yourself too) :)

My kids and I love playing board games. Card games can be fun too. My oldest daughter plays soccer so we like going out and having our own games. When it's raining a good activity is arts and crafts. We make it fun and challenging. Most of all when playing with kids, listen to what they like and want to do.
