Hi guys,
I know orange and lime are very good in Vitamin C. Do you know any other sources which are rich in Vit C?

There are a lot more plants which bear fruits with a high content in vitamin C. Beside citrus fruits, guava and others there is a plant named Roselle that has much more vitamin C than those mentioned. Actually the flowers of Roselle are the part to be consumed. The petals are being processed to become juice which is so tasteful. If you take it regularly everyday your bowel movement will be excellent. Constipation and Pile can be thrown away.

I remember my grandmother told me that aside from oranges another good source of vitamin C is the guava fruit. It is also rich in vitamin C which she advice me to eat this fruit regularly to be healthy and stay away from coughs and colds. Happy mylotting friend,
