Withdraw money from paypal to Sri Lanka!

I am currently living in Malaysia and I have my paypal registered to malaysia. As I do not have a bank account or credit card here it is impossible to verify!
So how do I withdraw?
If I have more than $100 will it be impossible to get the cash because the sending limit is only $100!
please give me all details!
Any method of withdrawing!
will paypal introduce full features to sri lanka soon so that I can transfer the cash to a Sri Lankan account and get it verified and withdrawn!
Is there any way to tranfer paypal cash to alertpay because alertpay has check facility to Sri Lanka.
P.S I will be going back to Sri Lanka soon.

Try to find the trusted friends in SriLanka who is having verified account with Paypal and transfer your amount to his account and then you can adjust the amount.But it is always safe to have the verified account with paypal, though it may not possible for you as you are now residing in Malasia.

Paypal accounts registered to Sri Lanka cannot receive money yet!!!
I can do that only after paypal gives that facility to Sri Lanka. Till then I do not know what to do!
May be I can do the same thing with a friend in another country.

Why not get someone who has a Paypal account in Sri Lanka then send the money to them and let them either Western Union it to you or send it by some other means? I do that for my friends who can't use paypal in their home countries. They send the paypal money to me and I send it to my bank, withdraw it and send it by western union to them.
