i sometimes buy stuff for my parents but i am always shy to give them those because i am not the sweet kind of a daughter or person. i buy shirts and stuff for them if i have enough money but i ask my brothers to give the things to them. if i don't have much, i just buy thank you cards or write thank you letters for them, still handed to them by my brothers. i think they understand that act of mine and somehow i am happy that they like what i give them. it's not even enough compared to what they gave me and are giving me.
how about you guys, do you still give gifts to your parents?

Yes, I do buy gifts for my parents most especially for mom even there's no special occasion.. you know, i always like to see the smile on her face.. in fact, i bought her a nice top two weeks ago and she liked it so much.. on her birthday, i gave her money.. it's up to her what she would like to buy for herself.. =)

I do. Not just for Mother's Day or birthday, sometimes I just bought it for no reason. I love to see the smile on their face. It doesn't have to be something expensive but even something as small as trinket will do. If I am out of idea, I just bank in the money and tell them to buy whatever they want with it (not much but enough for nice gift)

Hello jane9147. Yes, I still give gifts to my parents. Me and my sister, contribute on gifts that we will give to them. During occasions like birthdays and chirstmas is when we give them gifts and sometimes when there is no occasion.
