Transfer money from alert pay to paypal?

i guess you need to search a good site who they are offering a exchange money making process to transfer your alert pay through paypal. I have that problem too when i have a money from my alert pay and i could not withdraw the money i have earned, so i decided to invest my money to the site where my friend try to convince me to join together with her but sad to say that the site i been joining was a scam site and the money that i have invested have been vanish for not spending it wisely. You need to be careful to deal to your money.
