It's tough to say if they can go to second round.They're facing a hot and young team(Portland) in the first round which is eager and hungry to play in the playoff. The rockets has the advantage in terms of experience, Yao Ming and Ron Artest is playing well, they can use it to advance in the second round. But the Lakers are waiting for them and probably they were eliminated in the second round. If Tracy McGrady is playing the whole season? maybe they're in the second or third seed and had a chance to advance up to West Conference Finals.

Well they don't have Tracy "the jinx" McGrady this post season so I believe they'll gonna reach the 2nd round..

recently houston played very well,in addition ,houston beat portland at the first game,that game hard to describe ,perfect.....I think it is no ploblem to pass the first round,but the second round,the rival will be LAKERS,obviously,it is a big rival,if T-MAC is healthy,the possibility to beat LAKERS will be higher .......

Well I think Houston can take the Blazers but they don`t match up well with the Lakers. With Gasol and Bynum, Yao is a bad position. He can stay under the baslet and has to come out and defend. Can you say foul trouble?

I think they'll reach the second round and with a little luck might just reach the conference finals and if they are really lucky,they could reach the NBA finals.
