Camera phones has benefit of getting pic but it is being used in negetive operations.

Why it should be banned? In your statement itself agreed that there is a positive benefit out of this Instrument. Then make use of it more. Advise all about the negative features to the public. Make it legally bindable. Then everything goes in normal phase.
