Microsoft windows Vista is a very good operating system, but at present there are a lot of compatability issues. I am using the RC2 version and I am unable to install many programs including Nero, which has forced me to change to Roxio.
The biggest surprise is that Vista will not recognise my CD Recorder drive and refuses to acknowledge that it is even there.
It is a massive program and it took over 7 Gb of hard drive when I installed it, so a decent specification computer is essential.
