I need new things to do with chicken. We have a family of six and chicken is one of the cheapest things to buy. I dont, however want to keep making the same boring things over and over. Does anybody have any new and budget friendly recipe ideas? Stuff that kids would like....All of my children are under 7.

I'm not sure if you would love filipino dishes since your american. I like chicken mixed with veggie like cabbage, carrots, beans, mushrooms, small corn, and with some condense milk and seasonings. The chicken here are in flake form. You can find some recipe online.

You can make a chicken pasta dinner. If your kids like macaroni and cheese as many kids do just add chicken to it and then you have anew chicken dinner. Also if not liking mac and cheese just do plain noodles and when they are fully cooked you can add them to the chicken you have been cooking either frying chicken or grilled chicken and you can add in maybe mushrooms if they like that or whatever vegetable they all might like. Then you have some pasta chicken for dinner. Its easy and doesn't take long at all. Its a good idea if you get bored with your chicken. Have a nice dinner tonight.

I make chicken and dumplings. Recently a friend told me she uses tortillas cut up for her dumplings and they tasted good.
I also do chicken pot pies, using a pie crust, drained Veg All and cream of chicken soup with some leftover chicken in it. Stretches the chicken for more than one meal.
Or how about barbeque sandwiches made with chicken? My little grandson used to love just chicken nuggets and dip them in ranch dressing- he called it "white sauce" they like the fun in dipping the pieces
