Today I read some articles about books. I started to wondering, what kind of books I like ? It isn't difficult to say about myself, but the real problem appear when I start to think about my friends. How it look like in your situation ? What kind/types of books you like the most ? And which you hate ?

I think people's tastes in books tend to change over time and sometimes with what is happening in the world. I tend to favor 18th & 19th Century British literature, with a little contemporary drama thrown in for a good mix. But I frequently find myself reading contemporary history (sometime not such contemporary history) and political books, and even sometimes some contemporary novels. Oh, and always a dash of poetry to make up for everything. (My mother was and English teacher after all).

I love all types of books as I'm an avid reader. I have about 800 I believe. Though I do like some more than others and sometimes the mood I'm in will dictate what to read. Though I don't like poetry, so I don't know if that consists of types of books.
